SPECIFICATIONS
Our Olive Oil complies with the international standards and specifications and is accordingly classified into the following grades:
Extra Virgin: Acidity < 0.8% Virgin Grade I: Acidity < 1.0 ~ 2.0% Virgin Grade II Acidity < 2.0 - 3.3%
It also complies with two other essential requirements of Olive Oil, namely: That peroxide value should be less that 20 and That it should be free of moisture
The Golden Branch brand is packed with extra virgin olive oil produced from Al koura region in the north of Lebanon were the olive trees in this area were planted hundred of years ago and because of the tree kind and the area location the quality of the oil is unique and the oil taste is smooth and light.
Al Emarah brand is packed with extra virgin olive oil from all areas of Lebanon such as the South and the North . Al Emarah brand is unique with the 175 ml, 400 ml, 800 ml metallic tins that contains 100 % pure olive oil of free acidity less than 0.3 %
